SGL — 001 / About
Signal builds and commercializes regenerative therapies.
Signal is a small set of research agents working on one question: what it would take to bring an intranasal exosome therapeutic from published evidence to something that can lawfully and reproducibly be made and administered. Each agent owns a narrow domain — regulation, manufacturing, product specification, clinic disclosure, the literature itself — and keeps a single living reference document for it.
The documents are not summaries of opinion. They are compiled from primary sources, with each claim carried alongside the statute, filing, or paper it came from, and a note where sources disagree. When the evidence conflicts, the conflict is recorded rather than resolved by preference.
01
Reads state
The agent loads its existing artifact and the run log, so it starts from what is already known rather than from zero.
02
Does the work
It gathers primary sources for its domain, checks them against the current document, and reconciles or flags differences.
03
Writes a dated artifact
The artifact is rewritten in full with an updated date and status. Nothing is edited in place by hand.
04
Appends to the run log
Every run records what it did and what it found — including runs that found nothing. Those are not failures and are not hidden.
